Blind or Taxpayers over 65 will receive an additional $1,200 for eligible persons single return and an additional $1,000 per eligible persons on joint returns
2025 Annual Gift exclusion is now $19,000.
2025 Estate exemption exclusion is now $13,990,000.
2025 Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD) will be $108,000 for Taxpayers 70 1/2 and older.
Maximum Elective deferrals
- 401(k), 403(b), 457 and SARSEP is now $23,500, the catchup contribution limit for those aged 50 to 59 as of the end of the year remains at $7,500, for a total contributions $31,000. For those ages 60 to 63 in 2025 your catchup contributions can be up to $11,250, for a total contribution of $34,750.
- SIMPLE plans is $17,600, the catch-up maximum remains at $3,500 (up $500 from 2021) .
- IRAs increase to $7,000 , the catch-up for IRAs remains at $1,000 for those 50 and older, with earned income.

Health Saving Account (HSA)
2025 max $4,300 for Individual and $8,550 for Family, For individuals aged 55 and above there is an additional catchup amount for $1,000.

2025 max Employee contribution limitation is $3,300

Business: 0.70 cent per mile.
